During my trip to Spain I was lucky enough to visit Massana restaurant in Girona, famous for its exquisite cuisine and one carrying a Michelin star. The lunch turned out to be a real adventure and provided me the inspiration to create a gastronomical infogram.

It’s a pitty that the infographic was concieved two month after the dinner, so I had to reconstruct everything in my head piece by piece. The names of the wines and better pictures would come in handy.
